The fifth round of the World Cup went to Lenzerheide in Switzerland. The track was really bike parky but had a few technical sections and was high speed and dry the whole way down.

My Intense M16 was running perfect all weekend thanks to my mechanic Ernie. Practice was all good and I was feeling up to speed.

Qualifying went great and I ended up fourth so I was pleased with that. Finals day came around and I felt great. Had a good run but it just wasn't fast enough. I felt I put a good run down but just didn't have the speed that day I guess. But that's racing. I ended up 12th and dropped from 4th overall down to 5th overall. So considering I had a not to good of a race I'm stoked to still be in the top 5 overall.

Heading home and the to Canada for round six! Thanks to everyone at Intense and all of our sponsors for making my dreams possible!

Mont Sainte Anne is definitely the most legendary track. High speed, rough, some big jumps and everything in between. The track was super dry and fast this year which meant for some good racing.

My M16 was feeling great thanks to Ivan and Ernie. They work their butt off to keep our bikes dialed when Bernat is keeping us and the pit dialed in. The whole team was having a blast all weekend.

Qualies came around and I had an okay run which put me in 7th place so I was feeling good to clean things up for race day.

For my race I put in a solid effort but I was not pushing enough and I came down in 8th. Although it was not a good result for me I was still happy to be in the top five overall going into the last round at Andorra in a few weeks.
